Striking Commercial Facade Lighting Design

My concrete-clad commercial building needs to stand out after dark. The brief is clear: develop an exterior lighting concept that both attracts attention and highlights the structure’s strongest architectural features. Security illumination is a secondary concern; visual impact is the priority.

I will provide elevations, CAD files, photographs, and a brand style guide at kickoff. Based on these resources, please deliver the following:

• Concept mood boards illustrating colour temperature, beam angles, and fixture placement
• A full lighting layout with fixture legend, circuiting, and control strategy (DMX or DALI—whichever best serves the concept)
• Photometric calculations that demonstrate target lux levels and surface uniformity on concrete
• High-quality night-time 3D renderings to help stakeholders visualise the final effect
• A specification sheet listing product codes, quantities, and concise installation notes tailored to a concrete façade

All details should account for a poured-concrete exterior—mounting solutions, heat dissipation, wiring penetrations, and potential staining must be addressed. Aim to use readily available LED architectural fixtures so maintenance remains straightforward and cost-effective.

We will structure the work in two milestones: concept approval and detailed documentation. I would like the first milestone within seven days of receiving the base files; clear questions early on will keep revisions minimal and the schedule intact.
