I’m ready to scale Property of America (POA) from a promising streetwear label into a fully-fledged lifestyle brand and sales machine. I need help across three tightly-linked fronts:
1. Product graphics
Our line needs fresh, urban-and-edgy artwork that jumps off tees, hoodies, and accessories. If Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or Photoshop are your daily tools and you understand street culture references, I want you sketching, refining, and delivering print-ready vector files and mock-ups that fit every size panel we use.
2. Online store upgrade
The site (built on Shopify) looks fine but doesn’t showcase products the way they deserve. I want smoother, scroll-stopping product pages—think rich lifestyle photography slots, quick-view sizing, and motion or 3-D spins where useful—plus tidy code so page load stays fast. No full rebuild needed; focus on theme tweaks, UX polish, and any custom Liquid or JavaScript snippets that let the clothes sell themselves.
3. Growth marketing & sales outreach
While new graphics and a sharper store go live, our voice has to stay loud on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. I’ll supply brand tone; you plan and queue content, hook followers with short-form video, run Meta and TikTok ads, and track ROAS. Parallel to that, a sales-minded teammate will be cold-emailing and calling boutiques, sports shops, and larger retailers, pitching look-books you help design and logging all activity in a shared CRM.
Key deliverables
• 5–7 original product graphic sets, supplied as AI, EPS, PNG, and mock-ups
• Refreshed product-detail template, installed and tested on live Shopify theme
• 30-day social content calendar plus scheduled posts & ad sets
• Outreach list of 100+ target stores with contact notes and follow-up status
Acceptance criteria
• Graphics approved for screen printing (300 dpi, correct color separations)
• Product pages score 90+ on Google PageSpeed after changes
• Social content hits minimum 10 % engagement rate within first month
• At least 20 qualified retail leads reached and logged in CRM
If you can own one pillar or cover several, tell me which, show past streetwear or e-commerce wins, and outline your workflow. Let’s turn POA into the next staple on every block.
