Streamline Gmail Inbox Priorities

My goal is to turn a cluttered Gmail inbox into a space where the most important messages surface instantly and everything else fades into the background. I already know that Gmail has powerful built-in tools—labels, stars, Priority Inbox, and custom sections—but I haven’t had time to configure them properly or decide which approach works best for my daily flow.
Here’s what I need:
• A clean, intuitive structure that keeps high-priority emails front and center while shunting lower-value mail out of sight.
• Step-by-step setup inside my account (screen-share preferred) so I can see exactly how rules, labels, or sections are applied.
• A quick reference guide or short Loom video summarizing what you changed and how I can adjust it later.
Everything should remain within native Gmail—no third-party plugins unless you recommend something lightweight and free that truly adds value. Once we finish, I should be able to open Gmail and immediately spot urgent items without digging.
If that sounds straightforward, let’s schedule a session and get my inbox sorted.
