Streaming Platform QA Testers

I’m rolling out a brand-new video-on-demand service and need several detail-oriented people to run hands-on user tests before launch. You’ll receive an invite code, set up an account, then explore the interface exactly as a first-time subscriber would—browsing menus, searching, creating a watch-list and streaming at least three titles all the way through.

While you watch, keep an eye on buffering, resolution shifts, audio sync, subtitle timing and any UI oddities. If something feels off, capture a quick screenshot or short screen recording and note the steps that triggered it. I’ll provide a simple report template so you can log each issue with a clear title, expected behaviour, actual result, and reproducibility steps.

I also need you to repeat the test session once more at a different time of day so we can compare performance under varying server loads.

Deliverables
• Completed bug/feedback report (template provided)
• Folder of supporting screenshots or clips, each file labelled with the matching bug ID
• One-page summary highlighting any critical or high-priority problems first

Acceptance Criteria
– Every bug includes clear repro steps, device/OS details and timestamp
– Media evidence is organised and named exactly as per the template
– Reports are submitted within the agreed timeline and contain no personal data
