Stream Jr App's Online Marketing

I have just launched an app called Stream Jr (https://www.streamjr.com) that provides simple parental controls over what YouTube videos and channels their children may watch. It is available on web, iOS, and Android.

We need someone to run ongoing outreach and use our Facebook page to engage parents and
community groups, with the aim of driving account signups and active use. Potential audiences include homeschoolers, religious groups, and parent technology groups - we want the person to help identify which organizations and partnership approaches to prioritize and drive both app downloads and more importantly account signups and activity. Any other marketing suggestions/methods besides Facebook interactions would be welcome.

Currently the app is available in English and the focus is on the United States. If there is demand in other markets, however, the app could be localized and released in other languages.

I am looking for a one-week engagement initially and if I'm happy with the work and you enjoy working on the project, I would be looking to make this an ongoing weekly project.
