Storage Unit Building Plans

I'm seeking detailed architectural plans for a medium-sized commercial storage unit building. The storage units should be medium-sized (10'x10' to 10'x15') and are intended for commercial rental.

Key Requirements:
- Design for 50 medium-sized storage units (25 on each side, 10'x10' each)
- Layout should optimize space for commercial rental
- Include a professionally drawn site plan as required by the county, with the following:
- Lot size, location, property line dimensions
- Proposed building footprint on parcel with scaled dimensions
- Existing buildings (mobile homes), primary use and construction type
- Parking lot/spaces location and dimensions
- Wetlands, steep slopes, critical areas, easements, etc.
- Accessible parking and approaches from Right of Way
- All existing structures or infrastructure on site (to scale)
- Existing well/septic system details (matching Chelan Douglas Health District site plan approval)
- Ensure proposed structures meet required setbacks

Additional Information:
- The property is part of a manufactured housing community with underground septic systems.
- Maps of existing structures and septic systems will be provided upon freelancer selection.
