Steering Wheel Control Circuit Board Design

I'm looking for a skilled electronics designer to create two custom circuit boards for a car.

Requirements:
1. Steering Wheel Control Board:
- Manage cruise control and 20+ reprogrammable gameplay buttons.
- Must be reliable and responsive.

2. Shifter Position & Power Functions Board:
- Handle shifter position data.
- Control power functions to manage other circuit boards.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with automotive electronics.
- Proficient in circuit design and PCB layout.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers and input/output handling.

Please provide samples of previous work and a brief outline of your approach.

Must be in a small form that does not exceed the size larger than 8 inches ( Similar layout to a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LT steering system + shifter layout. )
