Steel Billboard BOQ Preparation

I need a complete Bill of Quantities for a 20-metre-high steel billboard. The structure is to be detailed in structural-grade steel and must cover every element of the build—base frame, support columns, cross-beams, brackets, gussets, all fixings and any secondary members that tie the face panels to the frame.

Please base your take-off on a full billboard assembly, not a modular or partial kit. I will supply the elevation and plan views once we start; you will return a BOQ that lists:

• Member description and section size
• Length, quantity and total weight per item
• Welding, bolting and ancillary hardware allowances
• A consolidated tonnage summary ready for pricing

I am happy with either Excel or an editable PDF, provided your calculations are traceable and dimensioned clearly. If you prefer to build the list from a 3-D model, mention the software you intend to use so I can match versions.

Accuracy is key: please apply standard structural steel wastage factors and round lengths logically for fabrication. A short note on the design codes or load assumptions you adopt will help me sign off the quantities faster.
