Static Cream Desert Hotel Website - India Rajasthan Theme

I’m ready to commission Phase 1 of our Rajasthan–based hotel site: a purely static build created in React JS with TypeScript. Even though the content will be hard-coded for now, I need the codebase organised in a way that lets me plug an admin panel on top in Phase 2 without refactoring everything—so think modular components, clear folder structure, and data pulled from simple JSON stubs that can later be swapped for API calls.

Scope of this phase
• Pages: Home, About Us, Contact Us
• Home sections: an introduction to the hotel, a “featured amenities” highlight, and a short carousel or grid for customer testimonials
• Visual direction: a cream-toned desert palette that evokes Rajasthan’s sand-stone architecture. Feel free to enhance it with tasteful AI-generated images; I’ll supply sample copy once we start.
• Branding: I don’t yet have a logo or colour guide, so you’ll need to draft a minimalist logo and settle the exact cream / accent tones.

Essential tech & quality notes
– React 18 + TypeScript only (no class components)
– Responsive layout covering mobile, tablet, desktop
– Clean, commented code so future devs can hook in a CMS
– Deploy-ready build script (Vite or CRA is fine)

Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repo
2. Production build (zip or link)
3. Simple read-me explaining structure and how Phase 2 can extend it
