DEVELOPER WANTED – CAN GATEWAY DEVELOPMENT
I am looking for an experienced developer with strong expertise in CAN bus, OBD diagnostics, and electric vehicle communication systems to develop a custom CAN bridge/gateway.
The gateway should use existing DBC and PID files to read battery SOH (State of Health) values and other measured parameters from various electric vehicles.
CRITICAL REQUIREMENT
THE READ VALUES MUST BE MODIFIED — THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT OF THE PROJECT.
The gateway must:
1. Read the original battery SOH and other relevant values from the vehicle.
2. Automatically modify the read values according to predefined parameters/rules.
3. Transmit the MODIFIED values to the OBD diagnostic interface instead of the original values.
Target brands include:
* Hyundai
* Kia
* Tesla
* Volkswagen
* Renault
* BYD
Required / desirable experience
* CAN / CAN-FD
* UDS and OBD-II
* DBC / PID file handling
