I need a web-based portal that lets paid members—specifically start-ups—discover one another and collaborate. The core of the site will be a networking forum where users can open public discussion threads, send private messages, and create ad-hoc group chats.

Key requirements
• Membership system with tiered fees (monthly and yearly) and online payment gateway integration.
• On-boarding flow that collects basic company details so each profile shows industry, team size, location, and a short pitch.
• Forum area that supports the interaction modes listed above, plus basic moderation tools, tagging, and search.
• Clean, mobile-responsive UI built with a mainstream stack (React, Vue, or similar on the front end; Node, Django, or Laravel on the back end—open to your suggestion).
• Admin dashboard where I can approve members, track payments, export user lists, and post announcements.
