Stamped Drawings for Storage Addition

I need a registered design professional to put together a concise, code-compliant drawing package for a 13' × 14' × 10' high wood-frame storage box that will replace an existing enclosure at an 1869 brick house. The property has just been reclassified as a commercial event center, so the plans must carry your stamp before submittal to the local plan-check desk.

What I will hand over the moment we start: a PDF of my current schematic layout plus a full set of site and progress photos. These convey the basic geometry, intended flat-roof profile, and the brick façade we have to match.

What I need back, stamped and ready for city review:
• Foundation plan sized and detailed for the new occupancy classification
• Structural framing plan (wood) with all pertinent member sizes, connections, and tie-downs
• Exterior elevations showing brick veneer integration with the historic wall plane
• Cross-section from footing to roof, capturing plate heights, insulation, and roofing build-up
If additional sheets (e.g., longitudinal or roof sections) are advisable for faster approval, feel free to include them; I prefer to over-document once rather than revise twice.
