Stamp Grading Plan, Wetland Compliance

My grading and drainage package for a Northeast U.S. site-work permit is fully drafted and waiting only for a professional seal. I need a licensed civil engineer—ideally someone who knows wetland delineation inside and out—to give the sheets a code-level review, note any tweaks, and then apply your digital or wet stamp so the building department can release the permit.

Scope of your review
• Confirm that the wetland boundaries shown are accurate and match current mapping and field standards.
• Develop or verify drainage details that keep nearby protected areas safe from runoff.
• Flag any other code or best-practice issues you see; minor edits can either be marked for my designer or adjusted directly if you prefer.
