• Notes on fabrication feasibility & production scalability
3. Safety, Risk & Environment
• Full hazard identification: mechanical, electrical & operational risks
• Risk assessment + control measures & built-in safety features
• Emergency systems: stop button, obstruction detection, overload protection, backup power, fail-safe braking
• Environmental considerations: material selection, recyclability, energy efficiency & end-of-life disposal
4. CAD & Engineering Drawings
• 3D models: all individual components + full assembled unit
• 2D production drawings: fully dimensioned, toleranced, section views & assembly details
