Stabilise Shaky Interview Video

I have an MP4 recorded in Microsoft Teams—about ten minutes long—of two people interviewing an third. Because the adult was holding her phone, the picture drifts and jitters throughout. I’d like a cleaned-up version where the motion is noticeably steadier while the audio, colours and overall framing stay as close to the original as possible. A smooth optical pass or a light crop-based approach both work for me; I simply want the viewing experience to feel natural.

Please send back:
• A stabilised MP4 at the original resolution, frame rate and audio quality.
• The project file or settings you used (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or your preferred software) so I can revisit the grade later if needed.

Acceptance is straightforward: major shakes gone, no warping or detours in audio sync, and no extra graphics or filters added. Once delivered, I’ll review the file on a large monitor to confirm the improvement.
