Join LeapXpert: Innovating the Future of Business Communication
At LeapXpert, we've built the infrastructure that turns enterprise communication into intelligence enterprises can act on. As the leader in Governed Communication Intelligence, our platform enables employees to connect with clients on the consumer messaging channels they actually use, governs and captures every conversation as enterprise data, and converts that data into deployable intelligence for teams, AI agents, and the business decisions that matter. Governance is the foundation. Intelligence is the value.
Our mission: enable enterprises to build a governed communication infrastructure that makes trust structural, intelligence compound, and every client relationship more productive.
We recently announced a $180M growth investment and are recognized as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Communications Governance and Archiving for the second consecutive year. Hundreds of the world's most demanding enterprises trust LeapXpert to power their most important client conversations every day.
This is just the beginning. We're growing fast and looking for sharp, driven people to help us define and build the Governed Communication Intelligence category. At LeapXpert, you'll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with ambitious teams across the globe, and help shape a platform that is rewriting how enterprises communicate, govern, and compete.
Apply now.
About the role
Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Function: Marketing
Reports to: Director of Product Marketing
Location: Remote, United States
LeapXpert is defining the Governed Communication Intelligence category, and we need a product marketer who can make that category clear, credible, and compelling to the world's most demanding enterprises. You will own how our products are positioned, launched, and sold, translating complex governance, security, and AI capabilities into stories that resonate with compliance, IT, risk, and front-office buyers.
You will sit at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing: turning customer and market insight into differentiated messaging, equipping the field to win, and running launches that move pipeline.
What you'll do
Enable sales to win
Build the sales toolkit: pitch decks, battlecards, solution briefs, demo narratives, ROI calculators and objection-handling guides
Train Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success on messaging, competitors, and new releases
Provide core messaging and reusable launch assets that Channel Marketing adapts into partner campaigns and enablement
Support strategic deals and executive briefings with tailored content
Positioning and messaging
Create positioning, messaging and value propositions for the products and initiatives you lead, within our portfolio strategy
Maintain the messaging source of truth and product capability claims register that Sales, Channel and Marketing build from, and verify claims before they ship
Develop buyer personas and use cases for our established regulated markets, including banking, wealth and asset management, and insurance, and for emerging verticals such as life sciences
Translate technical and regulatory concepts into crisp, differentiated narratives for both business and technical audiences
GTM and product launches
Run releases through our NPI process, from messaging guidelines to field readiness, on a fast release cadence
Work at sprint level with Product and Engineering, including our Vietnam team. That means reading specs and tickets, testing features hands-on, and knowing what's shipped versus roadmap
Partner with Product Management on roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging input, and release communications
Measure launch impact on adoption, pipeline, and win rates, and iterate
Drive market and customer insight
Own competitive intelligence across the communication compliance, archiving, and supervision landscape
Run win/loss analysis and customer interviews, and feed insights back to Product, Sales, and leadership
Support analyst relations (including Gartner), customer advocacy, case studies, and references
What You Bring
7+ years of B2B product marketing experience selling into large enterprises, at startups, tech, or SaaS companies
You own launches and positioning end to end without close supervision, and shape strategy, not just execute it
A track record of launching products and building positioning that measurably moved pipeline, adoption, or win rates
Technical depth: you can explain APIs, integrations (including MCP connectors) and AI agents to technical and business buyers, and you're credible with engineers
Precision: you check facts before you publish, and push back when a claim isn't supported
Exceptional writing and storytelling: you can make complex, technical products simple and compelling
A portfolio of messaging, launch and sales assets you created, with examples of how they were used
Proven ability to build sales enablement that the field actually uses
Strong cross-functional influence: you align Product, Sales, and Marketing without formal authority
Data-driven, and comfortable using marketing analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to measure impact
Comfortable working across US, EMEA and APAC time zones, with regular overlap with all regions, especially US hours
Fluent with AI tools in your own workflow
Nice-to-have
Experience in RegTech, communications compliance, cybersecurity, archiving, or collaboration software
Experience marketing to financial services or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with SEC/FINRA recordkeeping, MiFID II, or data privacy regulations
Experience marketing AI-powered products
Our values
Curiosity: We're curious and future-focused.
One Team: We're one team, in many colors.
Customer-Driven: We're obsessed with the customer.
