Squarespace Expert Needed — Finish & Launch E-Commerce Site (Fixed Price Not Hourly)

Hi! I'm looking for a Squarespace expert to finish and launch my e-commerce website, sumbora.com. It's a private label fitness/lifestyle brand selling gym bags, fitness accessories, drinkware, and apparel. The site is built but not yet live — I need someone to close the remaining gaps and get it fully ready to sell.

What still needs to get done:
Design & Layout:

Rebuild the footer into a clean 4-column layout (currently an uneven 3 columns + a floating Newsletter block) — consider adding a 4th column for Shop/Help links (Shipping, Returns, FAQ)
Relocate the Wishlist (heart) icon out of the header/hero area where it currently floats awkwardly over content — move it next to Login/Cart
Add a real header search bar (I want the Will Myers search snippet — I have the Business plan this requires); right now, "Search" is just plain text, not functional
General visual polish across the site — spacing, consistency, and a full mobile responsiveness check

Product Catalog:

Replace all placeholder products (Merino Wool Throw, Leather Weekender Bag, Ceramic Vase, etc.) with my actual products — real photos, names, descriptions, and pricing for gym bags, fitness accessories, drinkware, and apparel
Clean up duplicate/conflicting product entries
Replace homepage banner images (currently generic boutique/skincare-shop photos) with imagery that fits a fitness/lifestyle brand Payment & Functionality

Connect a payment processor:
(Stripe/PayPal/Square — whichever integrates cleanest with Squarespace) and fully test checkout end to end (cart → payment → confirmation)
Configure the Square spell Wishlist plugin and confirm it actually saves items, not just displays an icon
Test the newsletter signup form to confirm it captures emails correctly
Test customer account creation and login/order history

Legal & Security

Review and finalize Privacy Policy and Terms of Service (not default template text — this matters once real payments are involved)
Add Shipping Policy and Return/Refund Policy pages
Confirm SSL is active on the custom domain, set up backups, and review Squarespace security settings
Take the site out of Private/Password-Protected mode only once everything above is confirmed working, then do a final desktop + mobile QA pass

Social:
Footer currently links Instagram and Facebook only — add Threads and tiktok, if I have that account active by then i will give you.

**I'm working with a tight budget and looking for one fixed price for the full scope above (not hourly). Please share your quote, an estimated timeline, and 2-3 examples of similar Squarespace/e-commerce work you've done.
