Spring Boot Best-Practice Guidance

I’m building a Spring Boot application on my own and would feel far more confident with an experienced developer in my corner. What I need most is ongoing guidance on best-practice code structure—how to lay out packages, layer the service and repository tiers cleanly, and keep controllers slim and maintainable.
Whenever I hit a roadblock, I’d like to jump on a quick call or share a snippet so you can walk me through the right design choice rather than just patching the immediate bug. Think of it as pair-programming support mixed with architectural mentoring: reviewing a new feature branch, suggesting refactors that follow SOLID principles, or explaining why a particular dependency-injection approach is preferable in Spring Boot.
You should be comfortable with Java 17+, typical Spring Boot tooling (Maven or Gradle, Spring Data JPA, REST controllers, Lombok), and be able to articulate reasoning clearly—code samples, diagrams, or even quick screen-shares are all welcome. My goal is to come away not only with working code but also a solid mental model of how a well-structured Spring Boot project should look.
If you enjoy teaching while coding and can be reasonably responsive during European business hours, let’s connect and set up an initial session.
