Odoo Consultant / Implementation Specialist – Hourly Support

We are looking for an experienced Odoo consultant / implementation specialist who can help us configure and adapt Odoo for our manufacturing company.

Our company operates in the metalworking and CNC manufacturing industry. We are currently implementing Odoo and need an experienced specialist who can work with our team and help us configure the system according to our actual business processes.

The main areas we need support with are:

* Warehouse management and warehouse structure
* Storage locations, shelves and stock organization
* Product and material database
* Tools and consumables management
* Purchasing and supplier management
* Goods receiving and warehouse operations
* Internal stock transfers
* Material issuing to production
* Manufacturing and production orders
* Bills of Materials (BOM)
* Production operations and work centers
* Material consumption and automatic write-off
* Work-in-progress (WIP)
* Finished products
* Quality control and defective products
* Inventory and stocktaking
* Reporting and stock movements
* Barcode / QR code functionality
* Importing and organizing data from Excel
* User roles and access rights
* General optimization of Odoo for our production processes

We are not looking for a large fixed-price implementation package. We would prefer to implement most of the system ourselves and receive professional support from an experienced Odoo specialist when needed.

Therefore, we are looking for a consultant who can work with us on an hourly basis.

The cooperation could include:

* Explaining how to configure standard Odoo functions
* Helping us design the correct warehouse and production structure
* Reviewing our configuration
* Helping with difficult configuration tasks
* Advising us on best practices
* Helping with data import from Excel
* Training our employees when necessary
* Developing small customizations only when a standard Odoo solution is not sufficient

We want to use standard Odoo functionality as much as possible and minimize custom development.

Requirements

* Good practical experience with Odoo implementation
* Experience with Inventory, Purchase and Manufacturing (MRP)
* Experience with manufacturing companies, preferably metalworking/CNC production
* Understanding of warehouse and production processes
* Ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical employees
* Experience with Odoo configuration and data import
* Willingness to work on an hourly basis

Language

The consultant should speak at least one of the following languages:

* Russian
* Ukrainian
* Polish

English is also acceptable for written communication.

Cooperation

We are interested in a flexible cooperation model where we can book consulting hours when needed.
