I have 15 separate mailboxes already connected to Spark. Around 6,500 messages are sitting in them and everything is mixed together. What I need is a clean, rule-driven structure so I can see only what matters the moment it arrives.

Here is the workflow I’d like you to complete:

• Create a new “Important” folder in every one of the 15 accounts.
• Build Spark rules that move or label messages according to two main criteria: the sender’s address and keywords that appear in the subject line.
• Apply those same rules retroactively to the entire backlog so all 6,500 existing emails are sorted right away.
• Flag anything that meets those sender- or keyword-based rules as Important.

Once the rules are tested in Spark and the mailboxes look clean, send me the rule set (export file or clearly written steps). With that I’ll replicate the setup inside cPanel myself.

Your deliverable is therefore:
1. Live, working rules in Spark across 15 accounts.
2. An export or documented list of those rules so I can re-create them elsewhere.
3. A brief note confirming the total messages caught by each rule so I can double-check accuracy.

Please make sure you are confident working directly in Spark, comfortable handling large batches of messages, and detail-oriented when it comes to rule logic. If something in the criteria looks ambiguous, let me know before running the full batch; I prefer one clear round of clarification instead of a messy inbox later.
