Spanish WhatsApp Support Team

I am launching a dedicated WhatsApp Business channel for my Spanish-speaking customers and need a small team to handle all general customer service conversations exclusively in Spanish. The day-to-day work is straightforward: greet users promptly, answer their questions, give status updates, record any issues that need escalation, and keep the chat queue clear without switching to English.

You will reply inside our verified WhatsApp Business web interface where quick replies and tags are already set up. Please be comfortable juggling several simultaneous chats while keeping tone warm and professional. I expect average response times under five minutes during coverage hours and short written summaries of recurring questions or emerging problems at the end of each shift.

Coverage needed is Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Madrid time. If you operate as a multi-agent team, outline how you will pass conversations between shifts so customers experience a seamless hand-over.

When you submit your proposal, include:
• the number of concurrent chats you can manage confidently;
• the tools you like to use for internal notes or metrics;
• your exact availability and proposed shift structure.

We will start with a one-week paid trial; successful agents will move straight into an ongoing agreement.
