Spanish Model Workflow Coordinator

I run a small collective of Latin-American lifestyle models who produce Instagram-ready photos, short videos and Reels. All of the communication happens in Spanish, so I need someone who can step in as the day-to-day point of contact, speaking the models’ language and keeping the production line moving smoothly.

You will handle the full weekly cycle: turning my rough ideas into clear briefs, assigning them to the right model, checking in daily by DM, and collecting each deliverable on time. The core pieces you’ll oversee are lifestyle-focused videos, still photos and any other visual assets we might test on Instagram. Maintaining a warm, encouraging tone is crucial these creators thrive on personal connection.

Deliverables I expect every Friday:
• A simple content calendar showing who is shooting what
• A short status report (one paragraph is fine) noting wins, delays or blockers

If a model needs help be it creative direction, tech setup or a morale boost you jump in first and loop me in only when necessary. Familiarity with typical Instagram specs, aspect ratios and Reel best practices will make the workflow easier for everyone.
