I’m in the process of launching a new enterprise and need our core marketing materials translated into Spanish and French. The content ranges from website copy and social-media captions to a concise brochure, all originally written in English with a friendly, brand-focused tone. I’m looking for a translator who can do more than convert words—someone who can keep the messaging persuasive and culturally resonant in both target markets.

You’ll receive the source files in editable format. I’ll need back:

• Two polished versions of each item (one in Spanish, one in French), ready for my design team to drop straight into layout.
• A brief notes sheet highlighting any culture-specific adaptations or terminology choices.
• Final delivery in Word or Google Docs, with the structure and formatting of the originals preserved.

Accuracy, brand consistency, and fluency are my priorities. If you work with CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, feel free to leverage them for consistency, but the final text must read as though it were written natively. I’m happy to answer any style or terminology questions along the way and can provide a short glossary if helpful.

Once I review the translations and everything matches the original intent and style, we’re done. Looking forward to collaborating with a detail-oriented linguist who understands marketing nuance.
