I need a complete CAD deliverable that lets me visualise our available floor space, check working-height clearances and verify machinery volumes before we issue an RFQ. Please prepare both 2D drawings and full 3D solid models of the layout. The models must capture every machine that will sit on the shop floor so we can run exact volume calculations and clash checks.
Alongside the geometry I also want a Yamazumi chart that links each machine’s takt-time requirement to the footprint you model. If any recognised safety or ergonomic standards govern working height or clear-zone dimensions in your country (ISO, EN, OSHA, etc.) reference them directly inside the drawing notes and in the RFQ pack; we will cite the same standards when we approach suppliers.
Deliverables
• 2D layout drawings (DWG & PDF) showing plan, elevations and critical working-height call-outs
• 3D solid model of the entire area (STEP or native SolidWorks) with machinery volumes parameterised
• Spreadsheet or drawing table summarising calculated volumes for every machine
• Yamazumi chart correlating machine/task time and footprint
• Draft RFQ document that cites the standards you followed and lists each model/drawing as an attachment
I will review the native CAD file to confirm layer discipline, verify that machinery envelopes match the volume table within ±1 %, and check that the Yamazumi chart balances within our target takt. Once those points pass, the project is complete.
