I need support turning my street-wear concepts into production-ready reality. My focus is on denim pieces, graphic T-shirts and branded caps, and I’d like to work with manufacturers who are either based in the UK or elsewhere in Europe and who are active on Alibaba. All communication with them must be in English.

Here’s what I expect from you:

• Identify and approach suitable factories on Alibaba that already handle streetwear lines.
• Share my initial sketches or mood-boards, extract the essential specs from our chats, and help the factory create full tech packs for each item.
• Manage the back-and-forth until I receive clear quotations and realistic sampling timelines.
• Coordinate the sample stage so I receive physical prototypes that match the agreed tech pack.

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum of three vetted manufacturers per product category with clear contact details, MOQs and cost breakdowns.
• Completed tech packs (PDF or Illustrator) for one denim item, one tee and one cap, approved by each selected factory.
• Tracking sheet (Excel or Google Sheets) summarising all discussions, quotations and next steps.
