I will provide a clean set of chamber dimensions together with partial data for the inlet, centrifugal fan and rectangular outlet. Your first task is to build the 3-D model in SolidWorks from those numbers, filling in any missing inlet or outlet detail after we agree on reasonable assumptions.

Once the geometry is ready we move straight into Flow Simulation:

• Case 1 – baseline airflow through the empty chamber
• Case 2 – same model with the gas-sensor array added
• Case 3 – sensors plus guiding walls on both sides
• Honeycomb comparison – overlay 1.5 mm vs 2 mm perforated inserts and report the effect on flow and sensor exposure

For every run I expect the native *.FlowSimulation project, pressure/velocity plots, streamlines, and a short written comparison that highlights key differences between cases. High-resolution screenshots are fine; a single PDF summary tying everything together would be ideal.

SolidWorks 2022 or later is preferred, and I need you to rely on the built-in CFD module (no external solvers). Please bid only if you have completed similar Flow Simulation work and can turn around the full study—geometry, setup, results and comparison—without supervision.
