SolidWorks Assembly Drawing for Manufacturing Trolley Brake

I already have the individual parts scoped out and now need a complete SolidWorks assembly drawing that can go straight to the shop floor. The end goal is a manufacturing-ready package, so every mate, dimension, and tolerance must be accurate and clear.

The assembly combines metal and plastic components. I’ll supply any reference sketches, part outlines, or measurements you need as soon as we start. If you spot inconsistencies, flag them before proceeding so we avoid rework down the line.

Deliverables

• Dimensions match the supplied specs within ±0.1 mm unless noted otherwise
• BOM line items correspond 1-to-1 with component call-outs on the drawing
