My pre-launch landing page lets visitors leave their name, email and a quick preferences survey so they can register their interest in an upcoming app. I already have draft Terms & Conditions (and a brief Privacy Policy), but before anything goes live I want a qualified solicitor to check every clause, tighten the language, and formally sign off that the documents are fit for purpose.

• A brief memo confirming legal adequacy and highlighting any residual risks or optional enhancements
• (If you spot gaps in the Privacy Policy) concise wording to close them
