SOLAR PV DESIGNER – HELIOSCOPE & AURORA SOLAR | LATAM PREFERRED

We are looking for freelance Solar PV Designers / Engineers with hands-on experience using HelioScope and/or Aurora Solar.

We are primarily interested in professionals based in Latin America (LATAM) for remote, fixed-price, project-based collaboration, with the possibility of recurring work.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Solar PV design using HelioScope and/or Aurora Solar.
-PV layouts, system sizing and energy simulations.
-Shading analysis and system optimization.
-Module/inverter configuration and stringing.
-Preparation of standard technical reports.
-Review and modification of existing designs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

-Demonstrable experience with HelioScope and/or Aurora Solar.
-Previous solar PV design experience.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Good communication and organization skills.

HIGHLY VALUED

-Experience with both HelioScope and Aurora Solar.
-Conversational or professional English.
-Electrical engineering background.
-AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase or Energy Toolbase experience.
-US solar projects and NEC knowledge.

FIXED-PRICE QUOTATION

Please provide your typical fixed price in USD and delivery time for the following project sizes.

Standard scope: PV design, module layout, basic configuration, energy simulation, standard HelioScope/Aurora report and one revision round.

1 Residencial up to 5 kWp, 10kWp, 20 kWp or 30 kWp
2 C&I up to 10 kWp, 30 kWp, 60kWp, 100 kWp 300 kWp, 600 kWp 1000 kWp
