Project Title: Mechatronics/Product Engineer for Solar Cold Drink Dispenser Concept
Project Description:
I am looking for a freelance Mechatronics or Product Design Engineer to help evaluate and develop a conceptual product called "Solar Chill"—a portable, ice-free, solar-powered beverage dispenser (approx. 3-4L capacity) that uses a thermoelectric (Peltier) cooling module, a 12V battery system, and a solar panel integrated into the lid.
I need assistance with the initial engineering feasibility phase, including:
Reviewing the thermal and power management feasibility (ensuring the solar/battery setup can support the cooling module).
Creating a basic internal component layout block diagram (battery, BMS, charge controller, Peltier module, and heat sink).
Producing initial 3D concept CAD models or a prototype blueprint showing how the internal tank, insulation, and electronics fit together inside the shell.
