I’m putting together an intensive, live knowledge-transfer series for my QA and engineering teams and need a seasoned software-testing professional to guide us. Across several online sessions you will:

• Break down the full Software Testing Life Cycle and show how each phase works in the real world.
• Deep-dive into the three areas that matter most to us right now—manual testing, automation testing and performance testing—using practical, team-ready examples.
• Teach Selenium end-to-end: writing robust test scripts, weaving those scripts into a CI/CD pipeline, and sharing best-practice patterns that keep an automation suite maintainable.
• Walk through requirement analysis, test planning, test-case design, execution and defect reporting inside an Agile/Scrum context, illustrating how you track everything in Jira.
• Demonstrate essential tools: Postman for APIs, TestNG/JUnit for framework structure, and touch on Cypress or Playwright where it helps compare approaches.
• Show at least one complete project—from first requirement to final report—so my team can see the entire flow in action.
• Outline the typical QA team hierarchy, the skills each role needs, and give us a hiring and upskilling roadmap so we can ramp new testers quickly.
• Finish with a Q&A that includes both management and hands-on engineers.

Deliverables
1. Session agenda and slide deck.
2. Recording of each live session.
3. Sample Selenium framework with scripts and CI/CD config.
4. Written roadmap for team structure, training and deployment.

If you have a track record of mentoring teams and can communicate complex testing concepts with clarity and energy, I’d love to collaborate and get these sessions scheduled.
