Role Overview
We are looking for a Software Developer/Senior Software Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV to join our growing team and contribute to the development of industry-leading ERP solutions. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, developing, customising, and supporting Business Central applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain solutions in Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
Develop and customise extensions using the AL programming language
Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs, web services, and .NET technologies
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Collaborate with Product, QA, and Functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions
Provide production support, enhancements, and continuous improvements to existing applications
Required Skills:
3–8 years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV development
Proficiency in AL programming and extension development
Experience with .NET/C# for integrations and custom development
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
Experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations
Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code, Git, and version control systems
Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skill and analytical skills
Good to Have
Experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure DevOps
Experience working on ERP implementations or product development projects
Understanding of finance, accounting, or ERP business processes
Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications
Experience in SaaS or product-based organizations
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
