• Set up an easy-to-use feedback system (for example, quick surveys or reaction buttons) that records and organizes responses for later analysis.
• Map a basic workflow showing how incoming messages are triaged, when the bot answers, and when the issue escalates to a human agent.
• Provide concise documentation so my team can adjust scripts, add FAQs, and pull feedback reports without coding knowledge.
