Social Media Content Creator & Reels Specialist – Instagram, Facebook & Google

About the Brand

Inkloom is a premium custom printing platform offering business cards, labels & stickers, custom packaging, signage, marketing materials, direct mail, and other professional print products.

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Content Creator / Manager who can help us build Inkloom’s online presence and generate awareness, engagement, traffic, and eventually sales.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

We need someone who can manage the content process from idea → creation → editing → caption → publishing.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Create engaging Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels
* Create short-form product videos suitable for social media
* Create professional posts, carousels, stories, and promotional creatives
* Develop content around our printing products, including:
* Business cards
* Stickers and labels
* Custom packaging
* Signs and banners
* Marketing materials
* Invitations/cards
* Branded merchandise
* Create product showcase videos and mockups
* Create “before vs. after” printing/design content
* Create educational content such as printing tips, branding tips and packaging ideas
* Create content demonstrating Inkloom’s online design and printing tools
* Write engaging captions and appropriate hashtags
* Schedule and publish content on Instagram and Facebook
* Help maintain/update our Google Business Profile
* Repurpose content across multiple platforms
* Follow current Reel/audio/content trends where appropriate
* Maintain a consistent premium visual identity
* Develop a monthly content calendar
* Review performance and recommend improvements

Content Volume

Initially, we are targeting approximately:

* 3–5 Reels per week
* 2–3 static/carousel posts per week
* Stories throughout the week
* Content repurposing between Instagram and Facebook
* Google Business Profile posts/updates

We are open to recommendations on the final content frequency.

Important: Content Creation

We are specifically looking for someone who can CREATE the content, not simply schedule posts.

You should be comfortable creating high-quality content using product images, website assets, mockups, stock footage where appropriate, motion graphics, typography, AI-assisted creative tools, and footage/assets provided by our team.

You should be able to turn a simple product such as a business card, sticker, package or sign into visually engaging short-form content.

Ideal Candidate

You should have:

* Proven experience creating Instagram/Facebook Reels
* Strong short-form video editing skills
* Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects or similar tools
* Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms/content formats
* Good graphic-design and typography skills
* Ability to create premium-looking product content
* Excellent written English
* Understanding of Canadian/North American audiences
* Experience with e-commerce, printing, packaging, branding or B2B businesses is a major advantage
* Ability to work independently and propose content ideas rather than waiting for detailed instructions

Our objective is to build Inkloom into a recognizable Canadian printing brand.

Content should help us:

Build awareness → demonstrate product quality → educate businesses → drive website traffic → generate inquiries and orders.

We don’t want a page filled only with promotional graphics. We want interesting, useful and visually strong content that businesses, entrepreneurs, designers and e-commerce brands would actually want to watch and share.
