Social Media & Organic Growth Specialist

Project Description

We are looking for a Social Media & Organic Growth Specialist to help grow an international entertainment platform.

This position is focused on traffic acquisition and audience growth, not simply creating social media posts.

We want someone who understands how to build audiences, distribute content, develop communities and convert social reach into website traffic.

The project will initially run as a paid trial with the opportunity to develop into a long-term position.

Responsibilities
Develop an organic social media growth strategy
Manage and grow relevant social media accounts
Create and execute a daily content/distribution schedule
Identify communities relevant to our audience
Develop community and referral traffic channels
Research competitors and successful accounts in our market
Test different content formats and posting strategies
Track website traffic generated from each channel
Analyze engagement and conversion performance
Build repeatable traffic acquisition processes
Produce weekly growth reports

We are particularly interested in candidates familiar with:

Our Main KPI

We are not primarily measuring success by follower count.

The main KPI is:

Qualified website visitors generated from social and community channels.

We want to understand:

Content → Reach → Click → Website Visitor

and continuously improve this funnel.

Ideal Candidate

You should be:

Highly analytical
Comfortable testing different growth strategies
Experienced in organic audience development
Familiar with traffic analytics
Able to work independently
Fluent or highly proficient in English
Comfortable working with an international audience

Experience growing entertainment, dating, creator, gaming or similar consumer platforms is an advantage.

Important: Our business operates in the adult entertainment industry. You must be comfortable working with adult-oriented content and communities, while following the rules of each platform used.

First Month

During the first month we expect you to:

Audit existing social channels
Research competitors
Develop a 30-day organic growth strategy
Establish a daily publishing/distribution workflow
Identify relevant communities and traffic sources
Implement tracking for each acquisition channel
Test multiple traffic-generation strategies
Report weekly on traffic and engagement results

Successful performance can lead to an ongoing long-term position.
