Furniture Page Growth (Facebook and Instagram)

You will build and grow our furniture page into a trusted local brand that brings in real enquiries, including from architects, designers and dealers. This is a growth role, not a posting role.

What you'll do

Build a content strategy for the page: what to post, how often, and in which formats (Reels, carousels, project walkthroughs, before/after posts).
Design posts yourself or coordinate with our team to get them made.
Write captions that fit the Varanasi market and are in Hindi, English or a mix, as the audience needs.
Showcase our products and completed work, turning each project into content.
Keep the page active and consistent on a fixed calendar.
Grow relevant local engagement: Varanasi homeowners, architects, designers, contractors and builders, not vanity followers.
Turn engagement into enquiries by handling DMs and comments, and by moving conversations to WhatsApp or a call.
Use the page to support the architect outreach, for example by featuring architects' projects, tagging them and sharing material know-how.

What we expect

You think about the business, not only the feed. You find opportunities we haven't asked for.
You come up with creative ways to build relationships, such as collaborations, features, local partnerships and community content.
You aim for real B2B opportunities, and you can show how a post or campaign led to a conversation.

How success is measured (monthly)

Posting consistency (posts and Reels delivered against the calendar)
Enquiries from the page (DMs, calls, WhatsApp)
Qualified B2B leads, meaning architects, designers and dealers
Growth in local and relevant followers
Reach and engagement on project content
