Social Media Leads Generation & Recruitment

Hello...I am in the insurance-financial services business, and I need someone that can help me generate leads thru social media for people that might be interested annuities, retirement planning, life insurance, or long-term health care. The leads can be people that fill out a form, or book a virtual appointment on a calendar, or who will attend my free webinars on these topics. I need someone who is an expert in targeting on Meta-Facebook and the other platforms and is successfully making leads for the areas I mentioned. I also need someone that does recruiting for life insurance agents thru social media. These people need to have current or recent experience doing this successfully please. This can be long-term project.
