Social Media Content Assistant

I run active channels on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and need a hands-on partner who can post videos to those platforms and keep those feeds fresh, on-brand and profit-driven while also expanding our footprint.
You must have experience in this and be able to demonstrate it.

What you will handle day-to-day
• Schedule and publish both short- and long-form videos already supplied by my team, optimising titles, thumbnails, tags and captions inside YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite and TikTok Creator Center.
• Track down any re-uploads of our content and file immediate takedown claims (DMCA or the native copyright tools on each platform). I expect a running log that shows the URL, action taken and final outcome.
• Launch and nurture new profiles on Pinterest and Snapchat, choosing whichever mix of short clips, longer edits or image pins will monetise fastest.
• Continually analyse revenue streams—ads, creator funds, brand deals, merch, affiliate links—and recommend quick wins to lift earnings.
• Tackle other small social tasks that crop up so I can stay focused on production.

Key deliverables
1. A seven-day content calendar dropped every Friday.
2. Weekly performance snapshot with reach, watch time and revenue growth.
3. Infringement report log, updated in real time.
4. Monthly plan outlining new monetisation experiments and platform tweaks.
