I’m seeking a specialist who can help my team tackle inaccurate information, misleading claims and outright defamatory remarks that are circulating about our company on Instagram, YouTube and X.
What I need from you in this first phase is an evidence-based assessment of a short list of URLs (shared after shortlist). You’ll review each post or video, match it against the relevant platform policies, and outline the most effective complaint or escalation path—whether that is a standard report, a policy-specific form or a direct liaison channel.
Because I have already tried the basic reporting routes without success, I’m looking for a more strategic approach. Your work should:
• reference the exact clauses or community-guideline sections the content violates
• list the supporting evidence each platform typically accepts (screenshots, timestamps, corporate filings, etc.)
• supply draft language for the initial submission and any follow-up appeal
• flag confidentiality considerations and the likelihood of disclosure during a dispute
Please let me know:
• similar cases you’ve handled on Instagram, YouTube or X
• your step-by-step process for the initial assessment
• how soon you can deliver a concise report for the first batch of links
• your fee for this standalone assessment (we may extend the scope later)
All actions must stay firmly within each platform’s rules—no mass reporting, no false claims, no fabricated evidence. If your experience aligns and you can turn actionable advice around quickly, I’d like to hear from you.
