I run a growing talent agency and need a reliable part-time assistant who can take full ownership of our online voice. Your core focus will be handling social media and client messages so that I can stay concentrated on negotiations and bookings.
What you’ll do
• Plan, create, and publish engaging posts, Reels, Shorts, and Stories for Instagram and YouTube, keeping a consistent brand tone.
• Reply promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages, flagging anything that needs my personal input.
• Implement organic tactics to grow followers and boost engagement, then track results so we can refine the approach.
Key tools are entirely up to you, but familiarity with Canva, Later/Buffer, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Creator Studio, and basic analytics will make the workflow smoother.
Deliverables I expect each week
1. A short content calendar outlining post ideas, captions, and publishing times.
2. All creative assets ready to upload (images, short-form video, hashtags).
3. A brief performance snapshot covering follower growth, reach, and engagement.
4. An inbox that’s cleared of unanswered DMs and comments within 24 hours.
The role starts at a few hours per week and can expand as our channel momentum builds. If you’re organized, creative, and love interacting with audiences in real time, I’d love to see examples of accounts you currently manage or have grown.
