I need a compact, production-ready PCB for a smart-home product that will sit at the heart of a Thread-based system. The board’s sole critical job is reliable wireless communication, so antenna placement, impedance control, and certification-friendly layout choices are paramount.

Form factor is consumer-electronics grade: low profile, quiet on EMI, and ready for automated assembly. I already have a rough block diagram and key component shortlist (MCU with integrated 802.15.4 radio, matching network, voltage regulation, test points). You will turn this into a finished design that a contract manufacturer can drop straight onto their line.

Please take the project through:

• Schematic capture with all supporting passives and protection
• Four-layer (preferred) RF-aware layout, tuned for Thread
• Gerber, BOM, pick-and-place, and assembly drawings
• Simple design-for-test guidance so I can bring units up quickly

Altium Designer is ideal, though KiCad is acceptable if you maintain clear version control. I will review each stage and sign off before we move forward, so keeping source files tidy and annotated is important.
