Smart Fitness Device Mechanical/Manufacturing Component Design -- 2

I am developing a handheld smart fitness device and I am looking for an experienced mechanical/product design engineer to complete the internal mechanical engineering and prepare the product for manufacturing.
Current status:
- Industrial/exterior design is already completed
- Electronics and main components are already defined
- Working prototype/testing has already been carried out
- Firmware is under development
Main scope:
- Internal mechanical architecture and component integration
- Adjustable resistance mechanism refinement
- Load-cell integration and proper load path
- Position/resistance sensing integration
- PCB, battery, display, USB-C and vibration motor mounting
- Fasteners, tolerances, cable routing and assembly considerations
- Manufacturing-ready CAD
- Practical DFM for injection molding
The existing product dimensions can be adjusted slightly if required for proper engineering.
I am looking for a fixed-price proposal including:
1. Total price
2. Estimated timeline
3. Exact deliverables
4. Number of revisions included
5. Relevant previous experience
