I’m ready to add an AI-powered chatbot to my company site so visitors can 1) get instant answers to common questions, 2) leave their contact details for follow-up, and 3) book or reschedule appointments—all in English for now.

To decide on the best route, I need to see what you have already delivered for other small businesses. When you reply, please include two or three live chatbots I can click through myself. For each example, tell me:
• the platform or tech stack you used (custom LLM, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Chatbase, etc.)
• roughly how long it took and what it cost the client
• whether you built on an existing platform or coded from scratch, plus your reasoning

Once I’ve reviewed your work, I’ll choose the approach—custom build or platform-based—based on your recommendation, project scope, and long-term maintainability. After that, the next step will be full implementation and hand-off, including:
