Site Verification in Vientiane, Laos (Chinese and Laos speaking is prioritized)

Confirmis (www.confirmis.com) is a Singapore-based business information provider specializing in connecting businesses with global capabilities; comprised of industry veterans, Confirmis's business model is designed to overcome perennial lack of data (let alone quality data) to support effective decision-making, particularly in developing economies.

Confirmis is looking for a Site Verifier in Vientiane, Laos to conduct a visit to the company premises, verify the location and business presence, collect required photos/documents, and assist with a live Zoom interview between the client and the company's representative.

Chinese-speaking or Lao-speaking investigators are strongly preferred, especially those who can communicate comfortably with the interviewee if English is not sufficient.

Main Responsibilities

During the site visit, you will be required to:
- Visit the target company's address: Ban Nonghai, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.
- Take photo of GPS/location, street, building, company nameplate, and surrounding-area photos, record a 360° video of the surrounding location.
- Collect photos of relevant documents with the interviewee's permission
- Assist with setup a Zoom meeting
- Remain on-site throughout the interview and monitor the meeting for any issues.
- Capture the final signed questionnaire/company chop when applicable.
- Take permitted interior-office photos.
- Assist if any language barrier (using Chinese and Laos)

Equipment & Requirements

You should prepare:

2 devices: 1 phone for photography and WhatsApp communication
1 phone/laptop for Zoom setup.
Stable 4G/5G mobile data, including hotspot backup.
Timestamp Camera Enterprise for all required photos/videos.
Proper work attire/uniform.

Important: Photos should generally be taken in horizontal/landscape orientation, except specified document photos, which should be taken vertically.

Experience in site verification, field research, mystery shopping, auditing, investigation, surveying, or similar work is an advantage, but not mandatory.
