Site Plan to Impressionistic Watercolour

I need an impressionistic watercolour image based on a site plan image.
Convert this site plan into a professional landscape architect watercolor-and-ink presentation rendering. Preserve all unit numbers, model names, FOR SALE, SOLD, OCCUPIED labels, Exclusive Use Areas at Units 22, 24, 34, 36 and 54, property boundaries, stairs, roads, and building footprints. Use realistic mature tree canopies based on existing tree locations. Create dense perimeter woodland screening. Render grass as soft green watercolor lawn. Use warm beige and taupe building tones, light gray asphalt, subtle shadows, and crisp black linework. Maintain maximum legibility of all text and sales information. Architectural presentation quality suitable for a residential development website. Do not remove or alter site information. Included is the actual site plan and a second image that I like but it has errors and is hard to read. I simply like the style

Looking for a creative and skilled artist to bring the site plan to life.
