Single-Storey House Plan Drafting

I’ve sketched out a concept for a brand-new, single-storey house and now need a draftsperson to translate it into a clean, scaled floor plan. At this stage I only require the basic room layout with accurate dimensions.

You’ll be working from my hand sketches and a brief outlining room sizes and relationships. I’m after a someone who can:

• draw the plan to scale in AutoCAD, Revit, or an equivalent CAD package
• label every room clearly and show all key overall dimensions
• supply both the editable source file and a print-ready PDF

I’ll review the first draft, mark up any tweaks for a final version. If everything looks right, there may be follow-on work for a more detailed or construction-ready set, but for now this job is strictly the foundational layout.
