Simple Word Notebook Template

I need a straightforward notebook that lives entirely inside Microsoft Word. Think of it as a clean, ready-to-use document or template where I can create multiple note pages, type freely, and rely on Word’s native “Save” and “Open” functions—nothing extra to install.

The one enhancement I do want is quick-access text formatting: bold, different font sizes, and color options should be right at my fingertips, either through a custom ribbon tab, macro buttons, or clearly styled headings. I’m not looking for advanced search, tagging, or folder systems; just an uncluttered writing space that feels like a ruled notebook but lets me format text when I need emphasis.

Deliverable
• A .dotx or .docm file (template or macro-enabled) that opens in current Microsoft 365 / Word 2019 and provides the described notebook experience.

Acceptance
• I can open the file, add new pages/sections, format text in bold, change font size, and apply colors without leaving Word’s main interface. • No external add-ins required.
