Simple Blog Website with Comments

I’m building a personal blog and need a clean, responsive website set up from scratch. The core requirement is an easy-to-use comment section so readers can interact with each post.

Here’s what I’m after:
• A modern blog layout with clear typography and mobile-friendly design.
• Built on a mainstream CMS (WordPress, Ghost, or similar) so I can add articles without touching code.
• Comment section fully functional, spam-protected, and tied into my email notifications.
• Basic SEO settings configured (permalinks, meta tags, sitemap).
• Quick how-to guide showing me how to publish, moderate comments, and back up the site.

I’m open to future add-ons like social media integration or email subscriptions, so structuring the site with those in mind is a plus. If you have a lightweight theme or custom design approach that keeps load times fast, let me know. Please share links to blog sites you’ve launched that include active comment features, and outline your estimated turnaround time.
