DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Short-Term Rental Operations Assistant to provide freelance support with property operations, guest-facing information, coordination, and organization.

The ideal freelancer understands the day-to-day requirements of vacation rentals and can keep multiple details organized without constant supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the project requirements, your work may include:

- Organizing property and reservation information
- Reviewing guest-facing information for accuracy and clarity
- Preparing or improving guest communication templates
- Organizing check-in and check-out information
- Coordinating information relating to cleaning and property readiness
- Maintaining organized operational notes
- Identifying missing or inconsistent property information
- Researching local services or property-related resources
- Preparing operational checklists
- Providing clear status updates
- Escalating issues that require client decisions

IDEAL FREELANCER

You should have:

- Short-term rental, hospitality, property-management, or guest-service experience
- Strong written English
- Excellent organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to identify problems before they become larger issues
- Reliable availability during the agreed working period
- Experience with Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms is a strong advantage
