DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Co-Listing Agent / Short-Term Rental Specialist to provide freelance support for short-term rental properties.

We are particularly interested in someone who has hands-on experience with vacation rentals and understands the importance of listing quality, guest communication, organization, and reliable property operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected freelancer may assist with:

- Reviewing and improving property listings
- Organizing property information
- Improving guest-facing content
- Preparing guest communication templates
- Supporting guest communication when assigned
- Organizing check-in and check-out information
- Coordinating property-related information
- Researching comparable properties and market information
- Helping identify operational issues
- Maintaining clear notes and task status
- Communicating important issues promptly
- Providing regular project updates

EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
